Rum Goslings Black Seal has a rich and complex flavor, with balanced notes of caramel and vanilla. Its impressiveness earned it the highest award, a platinum medal, from the Beverage Testing Institute.
The rum labeled Black Seal was first aged in barrels that previously held fine cognacs and later in barrels that held grappa. The first imparted flavor, while the second added elegance. Together, they created something truly wonderful. Black Seal has become synonymous with Bermuda; it is the national drink and "island gold."
Goslings Black Seal is an essential part of the legendary cocktail Dark 'n Stormy, where it is combined with ginger beer. Thanks to its distinctive flavor, it is also perfect for sipping on its own or in various rum cocktails.
Our tip: Dark'n'Stormy
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in ginger beer to 3/4 full. Carefully top with 0.6 dl of Goslings Black Seal rum and add the juice of half a lime. A treat for the eyes and the taste buds.
