Glenfiddich 19 Year Old Aston Martin is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, created as part of an exclusive collaboration between the Glenfiddich brand and the Aston Martin Formula One team. This edition bridges two realms where precision, patience, and attention to detail matter – the craft maturation of whisky and the technical excellence of motorsport.
The whisky matures for 19 years in carefully selected casks made of American and European oak, with its character enhanced by the influence of Montilla wine casks. This combination creates a rich, complex, and elegantly spiced profile, where fruity sweetness meets darker dessert notes and warming woody spices.
On the nose, aromas of raisins, dates, nut cake, dark chocolate, Seville orange, marmalade, and molasses pudding unfold. The palate delivers layers of nutmeg, cinnamon, delicate sweet wood, and buttery pastry, complemented by balanced sweetness and a long woody finish.
