Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry 11.5%

Giusti Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is an extra dry prosecco (Italian white sparkling wine) with a controlled and protected designation of origin. It is made from the best bunches of Glera grapes from the Aria Valentina vineyard (wine-growing region Veneto – mountainous part of the Montello and Asolo hills, Nervesa della Battaglia, Italy). It is excellent as an aperitif, but also pairs well with food. It is a great choice for any important occasion.

Perlage: appropriately volatile, fine, and persistent
Color: light straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: intense and fruity with notes of yellow apples and lemons, floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers
Taste: fresh, well-structured, pleasantly harmonious on the palate with a well-balanced sweetness

Serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C. Store in a cool place, away from sunlight and heat sources.
