GinRaw Cherry Blossom Gin is a delicate and irresistible tribute to the cherry blossom with sloe and spices. Distillation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the flavor and aroma of the botanicals used. This unique gin contains only 100% natural ingredients, with no colorings or added sugars.

The gin has an excellent intensity of aroma. Fresh cherry notes, a hint of green aroma, sloe, spices, and juniper are beautifully intertwined. The taste is full and rich on the palate. The juniper aroma is well balanced.

Behind the production of the gin are again 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in various fields: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in the perfume industry, the founder of the world's first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist, and the best sommelier in Spain of 2012. These individuals came together to create the perfect combination of aromas and flavors.

GinRaw is produced only in small batches with a 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend serving it with tonic and ice, garnished with cherries or citrus fruits.
