G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut is an iconic champagne from the legendary French house Maison Mumm, founded in 1827 in Reims. With its distinctive red ribbon (Cordon Rouge), it has become a symbol of elegance, celebration, and French champagne craftsmanship worldwide.
This Brut represents a sophisticated balance between freshness, structure, and complexity. The base consists of Pinot Noir (45%), which brings strength and structure, Chardonnay (30%) adds elegance and freshness, and Pinot Meunier (25%) softens the overall profile with fruity notes. The cuvée also incorporates older reserve wines, ensuring consistency and deeper character.
Serve well chilled at 8 – 10 °C in elegant flute glasses. Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with seafood, grilled fish, poultry, or soft cheeses.
In a gift box with two glasses.
