François Voyer 8 Year Old Cask Experience N°2

François Voyer Cask Experience N°2 is the second cognac from the Cask Experience collection, taking the cognac experience even further than before. François Voyer undergoes double aging, first 7 years in Limousin oak casks with eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne region.

For Cellar Master Pierra Vaudon and owner Maison Voyer, this cognac is the result of many tastings and discussions to precisely select the type of cask that perfectly enhances its flavor and aroma. They decided to use 35-liter ex-whiskey micro-casks “crocodile char,” which previously held American rye whiskey from the Reservoir distillery.

Only 180 bottles were produced! No added colorings and no cold filtration. We recommend serving neat to highlight its silky flavor.
