François Voyer 8 Year Old Cask Experience N°2

François Voyer Cask Experience N°2 is the second cognac from the Cask Experience collection, which takes the cognac experience even further than before. François Voyer has a double maturation, first maturing eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne region in Limousin oak barrels for the first 7 years.

For Cellar Master Pierre Vaudon and owner of Maison Voyer, this cognac is the result of many tastings and discussions in order to precisely choose the type of barrel that perfectly enhances its taste and aroma. Subsequently, they decided to select 35-liter ex-whiskey microcods "crocodile char", which previously contained American rye whiskey from the Reservoir distillery.

Only 180 bottles were produced! No added dyes and cold filtration. We recommend serving clean, to enhance the silky taste.
