François Voyer Napoléon
Cognac François Voyer Napoléon is a blend of eaux-de-vie all sourced from the Grande Champagne region. This cognac ages for 14 to 20 years. It is the best-selling cognac from this producer in France - and you can find it at Alain Ducasse's restaurant on the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The François Voyer estate is located in the village of Verrières, in one of the most typical villages with valleys and limestone hills of Grande Champagne Cognac, which is classified as a Premier Cru region of Cognac, right at the top of the quality hierarchy of cognacs.
The Chauchet Voyer family has been distilling wine from their harvest and aging their brandy in oak barrels since the 1870s, thus for more than 5 generations.
The aroma features touches of rose, jasmine, and carnation combined with initial fruit flavors: peach and plum. The long aging of this cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and the light and bright fragrance that only an old cognac possesses.
We recommend serving in cognac glasses at room temperature for full flavor and aroma development.
