Description
Flor de Caña rums are considered one of the best rums in Latin America. This is evidenced by a number of international awards. They hide volcanic tracks from the highest and most active volcano in Nicaragua, which is only 8 km from the distillery.
Rum matures in oak barrels for up to 18 years. Thanks to this art of mixing and aging, it achieves its exceptional taste.
Volcanic soil: the soil is enriched by volcanic ash, which the volcano constantly expels
Volcanic water: enriched with minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs
Volcanic climate: high volcanic temperatures contribute to the rate of rum evaporation and promote a more intense and dynamic interaction between barrel and rum.
