Flor de Caña – the soul of Nicaraguan rum

Flor de Caña is a premium rum from Nicaragua that embodies more than a century of tradition, craftsmanship, and respect for nature. Founded by the Pellas family in 1890 in Chichigalpa – at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano – the rum is still produced there today. The name means “Flower of the Cane”, a symbol of purity and origin.

Flor de Caña is carbon-neutral and fair-trade certified, produced entirely using 100% renewable energy. The distillation and ageing process is free from added sugar and artificial ingredients. The brand also supports education, healthcare, and environmental projects in local communities, setting an example of responsible production.

Flor de Caña rums are aged in bourbon oak barrels under the supervision of master distillers, giving them remarkable smoothness, depth, and character.
