Description
El Ron Prohibido Habanero is a Mexican blended rum. Aged 12 years using the Solera system in ex-sherry casks. Thanks to this, it has gained a very specific bitter-sweet flavor of sherry, grapes, and molasses. It is a sweet rum with bitter specific notes.
The translation of El Ron Prohibido into English means "forbidden or illegal rum." It is distilled using a very old and traditional Mexican method with sugar cane.
