Description
Dos Maderas PX 5+5 and Selección Gift Set offers an exceptional experience for all rum enthusiasts. This tasting set includes two premium rums that are connected by a unique aging process between the Caribbean and Spain.
The set includes:
- Dos Maderas PX 5+5 (0.2l) – an intense rum aged in Pedro Ximénez sweet sherry casks, distinguished by its rich and sweeter flavor
- Dos Maderas Selección (0.2l) – a more complex blend of older rums with a deeper character, following the PX style but offering even greater elegance and balance
Both rums undergo a unique process known as "double aging", where they first mature in the Caribbean and then age in sherry casks in Spain. This process gives them a characteristic depth, sweetness, and complexity. PX 5+5 appeals to lovers of sweeter and dessert rums, while Selección offers a more sophisticated and balanced profile with greater depth.
This set is ideal:
- as a luxury gift for rum lovers
- for comparing two premium Dos Maderas styles
- as an entry into the world of complex rums aged in sherry casks
The elegant gift packaging makes this set a perfect choice for any occasion.
