Barbadian blended rum Doorly's XO was created under the guidance of Master Distiller Richard Seale, who is also the owner of the world-renowned distillery Foursquare.
It is made from a blend of several Column and Pot Still rums that have aged for at least 6 years. In the end, they matured in ex-sherry Oloroso Spanish casks, which imparted a great, unique flavor and pleasant aroma to Doorly's.
For maximum enjoyment of the rum, we recommend serving it at room temperature, neat, without water or ice. The bottle label features a huge blue parrot of the Hyacinth Macaw species, which is the largest in the world. The bottle comes in a very nice gift packaging.
