Description
Davidsen's Special Release is a very balanced and refined blended rum. It has a very pleasant vanilla sweet taste in combination with exotic fruits.
It is a heavily balanced blend of premium non-aged Jamaican rum along with rums from Jamaica and Guyana that have matured for up to 5 years in American oak barrels. They were then precisely mixed and filled into bottles with 40 % alcohol content. In the end, they were filled into minimalist bottles and closed with a cork stopper.
Color: amber with golden highlights
Aroma: orange peel, vanilla, fruit, pepper, wood
Taste: cinnamon, apple, raspberries, spices, oak, herbs
Finish: long, hot-sweet, lots of nuts, vanilla
