Davidsen's Organic Release
Davidsen’s Organic Release is an exceptional organic rum from Paraguay, distinguished by its raw material. Instead of the commonly used molasses, it is made from sugarcane honey – concentrated juice from sugarcane that retains more natural aromas and sweetness.
This more complex production method requires more time and precision, but the result is a rum with a richer and more complex flavor profile. Fermentation from sugarcane honey creates a naturally sweet and aromatic base, which is typical for high-quality Latin American rums.
Distillation takes place at one of the most respected rum producers in Paraguay, where traditional methods and slow processing are emphasized. The rum then ages for at least 3 years in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon, which impart notes of vanilla, caramel, subtle spices, and toasted wood.
