Clase Azul Anejo
Thomas Henry Grapefruit pairs perfectly with this product. Mix yourself one of the world’s most famous cocktails – the refreshing Paloma.
Clase Azul Tequila Añejo represents a fusion of time, Mexican craftsmanship, and precise aging. It is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and then ages for more than two years in American whiskey barrels.
The long aging process creates a rich amber color and a significantly more complex character. The aroma is dominated by oak wood, accompanied by orange marmalade, apple preserves, roasted hazelnuts, cardamom, and cloves.
The taste is full and silky. Candied orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper emerge, gradually transitioning into a long finish with toasted and spicy notes.
Equally exceptional as the tequila itself is its ceramic decanter. Its decoration symbolizes the journey of the agave from its origin to its transformation into tequila. The conclusion of this symbolic journey is represented by the handcrafted golden details made from 24-karat gold. Thus, the decanter remains a decorative and collectible item after the tequila is finished.
Clase Azul Añejo is a tequila meant primarily for slow sipping – without the need for mixing, allowing ample time for the layers of fruit, spice, and oak to unfold.
