Description
Clairin Vaval Rum 2018 is a Haitian agricole rum produced at the Arrawaks distillery. It is made from pure juice of organically grown sugarcane of the Madame Meuze variety. This is naturally fermented with wild yeasts and then distilled in a copper pot using the column still method. The result is a strong and flavor-rich French-style rhum with predominant notes of vanilla and saffron.
