Description
Clairin Vaval Rum 2018 is an agricole rum made in Haiti in the Arrawaks distillery. It is made from pure juice from organically grown sugar cane of the Madame Meuze species. It is naturally fermented by wild yeast and subsequently distilled in a copper boiler by the column still method. The result is a strong and rich French-style rhum with a predominant scent of vanilla and saffron.
