Description
Genuine fruit spirit Chateau Selešťany Hontianska parádna Marhuľovica is made from the Bergeron apricot variety. This product combines traditional recipes and quality.
The Bergeron variety originated in Hungary in the 1930s and was bred in Kecskemét by Pál Kocsis by crossing the varieties Bratislavské biele and Čabianska pearl. The variety is widespread in Hungary, Slovakia and partly in Moravia. It is particularly popular in Slovakia. It ripens early, as early as mid-August.
In 2013, Chateau Selešťany launched the production of genuine spirits in the fruit distillery and grower distillery under the auspices of their friend Gabe Karlin. The bottles are filled with 45 % alcohol.

This is the time of year when heavier or peaty…
