Description
Dry white wine vintage 2023 from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the attribute of late harvest. Crafted from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.
Harvested in the South Slovak wine-growing region.
It has a pleasant refreshing fruity-mineral taste with notes of nettles. It goes well with rabbit meat, grilled chicken or vegetables, pasta. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
This is a low histamine wine.
