Description
Dry white wine vintage 2021 from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the designation late harvest. It is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It has a pleasant refreshing fruit-mineral taste with notes of needles and flowers. It comes from Južnoslovenská vinohradnícka oblasť - Pezinok.
It is excellently combined with rabbit meat, grilled meat and pasta. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.

Nose: fruit, minerals, peach, grapefruit, flowers, pine needles
Taste: lime, grapefruit, nectarine, elderberry syrup, nettle
