Description
Dry white wine vintage 2022 from the Slovak winery Chateau Modra with the attribute of late harvest. It is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It has a pleasant refreshing fruity-mineral taste with notes of nettles. It comes from the South Slovak wine-growing region.
It goes well with rabbit meat, grilled chicken or vegetables, pasta. We recommend serving at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
This is a low histamine wine.
Colour: soft yellow with green highlights
Nose: fruit, minerals, peach, grapefruit, flowers
Taste: lime, grapefruit, gooseberry, elderflower syrup, nettle
Finish: slightly medium, spices, citrus, grass
