Carúpano Reserva Limitada 18 is a premium Venezuelan dark rum originating from the prestigious Hacienda Altamira, one of the oldest rum estates in the country.

Aged for up to 18 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels under tropical conditions, it develops a deep, rich and complex character. No young rums or solera methods are used – this is an authentically aged rum.

On the nose it offers notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, cocoa and gentle oak. On the palate it is smooth and velvety, with flavours of caramel, honey, raisins, tropical fruit, chocolate and delicate spice. The finish is long, soft and slightly sweet, with touches of wood, tobacco and cocoa.
