Umiki Whisky is the world's first whisky made using ocean water from the Japanese sea. This whisky is created as a tribute to the life-giving ocean and Japan. It has received an extraordinary number of global awards and medals.
It is a blend of pure desalinated seawater and Japanese malt whiskies. After blending, it was filled into Japanese pine casks. The name comes from the combination of the words “UMI” (ocean) and “KI” (tree).
It is a sustainable whisky that is non-chill filtered. It is bottled in a 0.5 l bottle with an alcohol content of 46 %.

Non-Alcoholic Undone No.3 Not Whiskey is made from selected ingredients such as caramelized sugar and spices. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of whiskey in non-alcoholic drinks! The ingredients are combined using modern technology to achieve an authentic whiskey aroma and flavor. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie, and made with only natural flavors. The German brand Undone also produces other non-alcoholic beverages.
The blend of American bourbon and Irish whiskey Undone No.3 combines the essences of two worlds, creating the perfect base for mixing. A smooth blend with woody barrel tones, honey corn flakes, vanilla, orange peel, apple, and a hint of smoke.
We do not recommend tasting and serving it neat! You will enjoy this non-alcoholic version of whiskey best in mixed drinks like Whiskey Sour or Manhattan.
