In selecting the right ingredients to flavor this unique gin, the producers paid maximum attention to detail. Saved grape skins are collected after wine pressing to create the base spirit, which helps minimize waste while delivering an exceptional liquid.
Natural ingredients including juniper, paradise grains, linden flowers, and acacia honey grown by partner producers complete the vibrant flavor profile of Renais gin.
Renais is a modern interpretation of a historical product - a 21st-century gin, whose roots reach back into the past. Everything from the production process and bottle to the distillate within pays homage to what came before, yet lives here and now.

Emma and Alex's gin is inspired by the people, production, and history of the Chablis region, where their father Chris has invested in wine for over 30 years. The brand Domaine Watson, which exists separately from Renais, includes several small vineyards in Chablis and Irancy. Renais produces its gin from grape skins from the Domaine Watson vineyards, which were rescued from the winemaking process, then enriched with pressed grand cru grapes and a selection of natural herbs. The result is a testament to the passion of two generations of the Watson family for the Chablis region and its wine.
At Renais, they don't make ordinary celebrity gin. They create a true family legacy. And they know what they're doing.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l. The number of bottles is limited!
Non-Alcoholic Undone No.2 Not Gin is made by extracting essences from various herbs and spices, which are then distilled in special equipment to achieve an authentic gin flavor. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of gin in non-alcoholic drinks! Some of the key herbs used in the production of Undone No.2 Not Gin include juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus fruits.
After distillation, these extracts are blended into a mixture and gently flavored with natural ingredients. The entire production process is very carefully monitored to ensure excellent quality and taste of the beverage. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-calorie, and made only with natural flavors.
We do not recommend tasting or serving it on its own! The best way to enjoy Undone No.2 is definitely in a mixed drink.
