Description
Baron Hildprandt Slivovice 50 % is a traditional Blatná plum brandy from the Czech Republic. It is produced in the castle distillery of the baronial Hildprandt family in Blatná.
It is an ultra-pure, smooth, and triple-distilled Czech plum brandy made from carefully selected fruit from southern Czech Republic. After distillation, it rests for another year in enamel tanks, further enhancing its true fruity and strong flavor of plum distillate.
When producing slivovice, properly fermented base is important, which then goes through the distillation kettle. After 12 months of aging in tanks, when it is mixed with water to achieve the desired strength of 50% alcohol, the slivovice is ready. But you don’t have to do that! Just order it and enjoy!
