Every drop of milk used in the production of Baileys is supplied by Irish farmers. 38,000 dairy cows produce 220 million liters of fresh cream annually. These cows are known as Baileys Ladies, who spend 300 days a year grazing on lush green pastures while listening to their favorite music. Happy cows = delicious cream.
