Every drop of milk used in the production of Baileys is supplied by Irish farmers. 38,000 dairy cows produce 220 million liters of fresh cream annually. These cows are known as Baileys Ladies, spending 300 days a year grazing on lush green pastures while listening to their favorite music. Happy cows = delicious cream.
The cream is further combined with fine Irish whiskey of world-class quality, luxurious vanilla pods, and rich cocoa beans. The combination of these ingredients creates an irresistible creamy liqueur with a delicate taste and pleasant aroma. We recommend serving it over ice, in coffee, or in cocktails.
