A masterful fusion of Caribbean tradition and Mexican craftsmanship, this unique rum undergoes a final 14-month aging in select tequila barrels, giving it a distinct complexity and depth. This process enriches the rum with subtle notes of agave, seamlessly blending an enticing array of flavours without added sugar or additives.

It's great in Espresso Martinis, modern rum cocktails or as a substitute for rum in surprising places. Try it lightly chilled too.

The interesting and wonderful use of wood during maturation is the real embellishment here.

Brilliant, medium brown colour. The aromatics are very intense and bring aromas of marzipan, almonds and crème brulee with supporting notes of caramel, raisins, vanilla bean and mocha.

The palate strongly matches the nose and delivers a cocoa core with flavours reminiscent of coffee, sea salt, apricot pits and molasses. The finish is long and nicely balanced with a creamy texture.
