Bacoo 4 Year Old

This delicious Bacoo 4 Year Old rum comes all the way from the Dominican Republic. Distilled from fresh cane juice, it has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 4 years. The name comes from Bacoo, a mischievous mythological spirit said to be found in empty cork rum bottles floating in the Caribbean Sea. You can spot one on the label!

The Bacoo brand produces rums in the Dominican Republic, where quality, consistency and character guarantee a well-made rum. Most major rum brands import cane juice and molasses from other parts of the world for production, but Bacoo is grown and produced on a beautiful island in the Dominican Republic where all parts of production take place - from growing the sugar cane, to harvesting and processing, to distillation, aging and bottling.

Thanks to the aging process, their rums provide exceptional consistency and quality. The bottles are filled at 40 % alcohol with a volume of 0,7 l.
