Appleton Estate Signature is a blended rum from Jamaica. It is the core range of rums from this brand. It is an exceptional blend of 15 rums of different types with an average age of 4 years. They were distilled from molasses in copper stills. The blend then ages in oak barrels for 5 to 10 years.
The color of the rum is a honey brown with golden reflections. The taste and aroma are exotic, full of caramel and dried fruit. The finish has a hint of ginger, adding a very subtle spiciness. The bottles have an alcohol content of 40% and a volume of 0.7 l.
