Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a blended rum from Jamaica. It is the base rum of the brand. It is an exceptional blend of 15 different rums with an average age of 4 years. They have been distilled from molasses in copper stills. The blend is then aged in oak casks for 5 to 10 years.
The colour of the rum is honey-brown with golden highlights. The taste and aroma are exotic, full of caramel and dried fruits. The aftertaste has a hint of ginger, which adds a very subtle spiciness. The bottles have an alcohol content of 40 % and a volume of 0,7 litres.
