A very rare blend of the finest Appleton rums. Appleton Estate 21 Year Old rum is smooth to sip and leaves a lasting impression on even the most discerning palate. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks.
This dark rum is classically made from sugar cane, then fermented with soft water to give it its distinctive aroma, which is marked by vanilla, dark chocolate and elegantly complemented by espresso.
The rums that make up Appleton Estate 21 Year Old are carefully selected by Master Blender - Joy Spence, for their unique character, flavour and bouquet. Aged for a minimum of 21 years, these rums are hand blended using Appleton's proven techniques and then placed in oak barrels for one year to bring the blend together.
The spirit itself is simply delicious, with extraordinary richness and an incredible creamy mouthfeel. Despite its excellent age, the rum avoids over-saturation, with an excellent balance between cask and spirit.
The bottles are bottled at 43 % ABV with a volume of 0,7 l and come in beautiful gift boxes.
