Description
Angostura 7 year old rum is (like all Angostura rums) made from molasses. It comes from Trinidad & Tobago. This strongly flavored rum ages in burnt oak barrels after bourbon. It is then filtered and bottled with an alcohol content of 40%.
Aroma : offers tones of golden syrup and black molasses, cocoa and spices mixed with vanilla.
Taste : hot chocolate, burnt sugar, tiramisu
Conclusion : Creme brulee and pudding, tones of cocoa and coffee, a hint of tar.
