Admiral’s Royal Oak is an elegant rum from Saint Lucia. It is produced at St. Lucia Distillers as a blend of rums from a Coffey column still, combining strength, complexity, and smoothness typical of aged rums from this Caribbean island.

The rum ages for 6 to 12 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon. This aging process gives it a richer, rounded character with notes of dried plums, raisins, tropical spices, caramel, and buttery oak. On the palate, it feels full and smooth, with a pleasant sweetness of sultanas, oak structure, and a balanced spicy finish.
