Description
Ron Abuelo XII Two Oaks is a dark 12 Year Old rum from Panama. Its interesting flavor profile is a result of double maturation, first in American bourbon barrels and later in heavily-charred American virgin oak barrels. One maturation lent it a rich flavour profile and the other extra softness and smoothness. The rum has a deep amber colour and a complex, intense taste. Sweet, oaky and slightly smoky notes are accompanied by vanilla, caramel and the taste of roasted almonds and coffee.
