A.H. Riise Centennial Celebration
A.H. Riise Centennial Celebration is a special rum from a limited edition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the transfer of former Danish colonized islands to the USA, which took place on March 31, 1917. To mark this special occasion, only 10,000 bottles were produced.
Each bottle is individually numbered and has the shape of a representative design-pure decanter. Centennial is a unique blend of rums drawn from the oldest, most expensive, and most valuable rum casks, including P.X., Oloroso Sherry, and Port casks.
Color: light mahogany
Aroma: preserved fruit, buttery cookies, and metallic notes of copper
Taste: oak and old leather, intense sherry notes, and sweetness of port wine
Finish: long with a surprising hint of mint and crème brûlée
