A.H. Riise Black Spinel

A.H. Riise Black Spinel is part of the exclusive The Black Gem Collection, inspired by rare black gemstones hidden beneath the earth and waters of Central America – the cradle of rum.

This exceptional rum is created through a unique process of blending rums from different casks that vary in age and origin. Small quantities of rum remaining in the casks, known for their exceptional quality, are carefully selected and combined by our Master Blender according to the recipe of Albert Heinrich Riise.

Each barrel is hand-selected, thoroughly assessed and the final blend is bottled in luxurious black bottles in a limited edition. Black Spinel perfectly embodies the spirit of beautiful Central America and is available in a limited number of 5,570 numbered bottles.

It has a delicate yet seductive aroma of dried fruit and high esters with a hint of fresh hay. On the palate, it offers a smooth experience with notes of oak, roasted hazelnuts, dried fruit and a subtle hint of tobacco. The long finish is characterised by oak tones, subtle tannins, dried fruit peel and fleeting spices.

The bottles are filled with 46,1 % alcohol and have a volume of 0,7 l. Supplied in beautiful gift boxes.
