Description
Zwack Unicum Riserva is an herbal liqueur that comes from Hungary. The basis of this liqueur is Zwack Unicum Bitter.
Riserva is unique in that it has gone through a double ripening phase. It first matured in 80-year-old oak barrels used to ripen Zwack products. The second stage of maturation took place in ex-Tokaji Aszu barrels.
Thanks to these barrels, the liqueur acquired a delicate but at the same time fruity and spicy taste. Finally, Tokaji Aszu from 2007 mixes with liqueur to further enhance this unique and unusual blend of flavors.
