Description
Zwack Unicum Riserva is an herbal liqueur that originates from Hungary. The base of this liqueur is Zwack Unicum Bitter.
Riserva is unique in that it has undergone a double aging process. First, it aged in 80-year-old oak barrels that were used for aging products from Zwack. The second phase of maturation took place in ex-Tokaji Aszu barriques.
Thanks to these barrels, the liqueur has a delicate yet fruity and spicy flavor. Finally, Tokaji Aszu from 2007 is blended with the liqueur to further enhance this unique and unusual mix of flavors.
