Zwack Unicum Zwetschke/Plum is a Hungarian herbal liqueur with a plum flavor. It is the national drink of Hungary. Plum Unicum is distilled and macerated from over 40 carefully selected herbs and spices.
The exceptional taste of this liqueur comes from plums, which are hand-picked and undergo strict quality control. They are then dried to retain maximum fruit flavor. Dried plums are macerated with the liqueur in oak barrels.
