Zwack Unicum Zwetschke/Szilva is a Hungarian herbal liqueur with plum flavor. It is the national drink of Hungary. Unicum plum is distilled and macerated from more than 40 carefully selected herbs and spices.
The exceptional taste of this liqueur is due to plums, which are hand-picked and subject to strict control. They are then dried to maintain the maximum degree of fruit flavor. The prunes together with the liqueur are macerated in oak barrels.
