Description
Zwack Unicum Riserva is an herbal liqueur that comes from Hungary. The base of this liqueur is Zwack Unicum Bitter.
Riserva is unique in that it has undergone two aging phases. First, it aged in 80-year-old oak barrels that were used for aging Zwack products. During this time, a very special layer called "black honey" formed on the surface of the barrels, which today adds even more depth and character to this liqueur.
The second aging phase took place in barrels previously used for Tokaji wine. Thanks to these barrels, the liqueur acquired a delicate yet fruity and spicy flavor.
