Yellowstone Small Batch 6 Year Old

Bourbon Yellowstone Small Batch 6 Year Old comes from Limestone Branch Distillery in Kentucky and was designed as a special "Small Batch" edition, with a clearly stated age and an emphasis on flavor development. The color is a rich shade of deep amber with slight honey-yellow and caramel highlights.

The aroma features caramel, vanilla, fresh corn ("yellow corn"), hints of chocolate and wood, and occasionally subtle smoky or burnt wood tones.

The taste is full, robust, sweet and woody: it starts with a distinctive dose of caramel and honey, followed by tones of cherries and vanilla pudding, accompanied by spicy accents such as black pepper and cinnamon. An excellent gradation of taste between sweetness and woody tannins, which give the flavor profile structure. The finish is long, slightly sharp, with lingering spicy notes, oak wood, and sweet caramel—a pleasantly warm ending.

We recommend serving it neat at room temperature, in a typical bourbon/Glencairn glass, perhaps with a few drops of water to open up the aroma. It is also suitable on the rocks if you want to reduce the intensity of the alcohol and highlight the sweeter and woodier notes.
