Vermouth Cinzano

Vermouth is an aromatized wine. It is most often made from less distinctive wines, which have a balanced sugar and acid content and a minimum of tannin. After filtration, the wine is seasoned or herbs are added. The amount of added sugar or grape concentrate determines whether the vermuth is dry or sweet. The most famous Vermouth is definitely Martini Bianco flavored with white wine, alpine herbs and vanilla. Today, Vermouth is drunk more than part of drinks and cocktails. But its taste is best enjoyed by die-hard lovers only with a cube of ice.
