Unconventional Fruit Bonamaim Page 1 of 1

Unconventional fruit distillates bring a world of less common, yet extraordinarily interesting flavors. They are made from fruits that rarely appear in distillates – such as rowan, quince, cornelian cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, mulberry, or chokeberry. Each of these varieties has its own unique character, aroma, and flavor notes that distinguish these distillates from classic plum or pear brandy.

Exceptional Ingredients and Craft Production

The foundation of quality unconventional distillates is a careful selection of fruit at the right ripeness. Thanks to precise fermentation and gentle distillation, they retain the typical aroma of the fruit, and their taste is authentic, full, and pure. Some excel with fresh acidity, while others have a sweet or spicy undertone – but they all share one thing in common: uniqueness and originality.

Who They Are For

These distillates are an ideal choice for those who enjoy discovering new flavors and appreciate honest craft processing. They make an excellent gift and experience for curious tasters.
