Description
Turquoise Bay Amber Rum is made from molasses on the island of Mauritius. It is a blend of rums of different ages, the oldest component of which is an 8-year-old spirit. It smells of caramel and fruit, but also offers hints of wood. On the palate it is velvety and light, with hints of tropical fruits and caramel. The finish is long and creamy.
The blend of rums is finally aged in French oak barrels, giving it a complex flavour profile. The rum is bottled at 40 % alcohol and the volume is 0,7 l.
We recommend serving the rum at room temperature or with an ice cube, it is also suitable for mixed drinks.
