Be:Café Costa Rica Hacienda Sonora Honey is a premium 100 % Arabica sourced from the Hacienda Sonora farm, located at the foot of the active Poás volcano in Costa Rica. This family-run farm with over a century of tradition is spread over 100 hectares, 65 of which are dedicated to growing coffee under the shade of indigenous trees, helping to preserve biodiversity and improve the quality of the soil.

The coffee is processed using the 'pulped natural' method, which leaves 100 % of the pulp on the bean once the skin has been removed. This process enhances the sweetness and fruity notes in the flavour.

Be:Café Costa Rica Hacienda Sonora Honey offers a rich and balanced flavour with notes of cherry, chocolate, hazelnut and a subtle hint of spice. It is characterised by its vinous acidity and smooth body, making it ideal for both filter coffee and espresso.

The Hacienda Sonora farm emphasizes organic farming and uses 100 % renewable energy obtained from its own hydro-electric generator. This energy powers the mill and provides electricity for the farm workers. In addition, the farm supports the local community by fairly compensating workers and investing in technologies that reduce its carbon footprint.

Be:Café Peru Cosecha De Mujer is an exceptional blend of 100 % Arabica coffee sourced from the Cusco region of Peru, specifically from the La Convención area. This coffee is the result of the work of women growers associated with the Valle Inca cooperative, which supports women in the coffee industry and emphasises organic farming.

This coffee is even grown organically without pesticides.

The flavour is dominated by dark chocolate and caramel, complemented by a slight apple acidity. Its medium body and pleasant acidity make it an ideal choice for filter coffee lovers, but it also excels as an espresso.

The coffee comes from an altitude of between 1 500 and 2 000 m, where it is grown under the shade of indigenous trees. The beans are processed using the wet method (washed), which enhances their purity and clarity of flavour.
