Description
A unique single malt whisky The Single Malts of Scotland Laphroaig 9 Year Old was distilled at the Laphroaig distillery in 2013 and bottled by the independent company Elixir Distillers. The whisky has a high peat content.
Only 332 bottles were filled and matured in Hogshead casks. In addition, the whisky has not been chill filtered or coloured. The bottling was done at 61,4% alcohol. The bottle is presented in a black and gold gift box.
Colour: soft gold with brown highlights
Nose: smoky, spicy, peaty
Taste: full-bodied, wood, peat, spice, oak, tobacco
