The Quiet Man Imperial Stout Blend

Limited Edition Irish whiskey The Quiet Man Imperial Stout Finish was created as a result of the collaboration between The Quiet Man brand and the craft London brewery Weird Beards, which provided the unusual finishing maturation for this whiskey.

First, The Quiet Man distillery lent several of its bourbon barrels to the beer specialists for their Imperial Stout, which aged in them for 5 months. Once the beer was drained from the barrels, a blend of 4-year-old grain and single malt whiskey was mixed in and left to mature for another 6 months to absorb the unusual finish from the craft beer.

Aroma: light with intense notes of sweet barley, ripe plums, and delicate buttery caramel
Taste: mocha-chocolate notes with a luxurious texture
