The Octave Aultmore 2008 13 Year Old

Aultmore is an exclusive 13-year-old Scottish single malt whisky, distilled in 2008 and hailing from the Speyside region. It belongs to the limited collection The Octave, which features the finest single malt, blended malt, and single grain whiskies.

This extraordinary whisky matured for a lengthy 13 years in oak casks, which imparted pleasant flavors of apples, pastry, cinnamon, and nuts. It was then filled into ex-sherry Octave casks, where it aged for 9 months. Finally, it was bottled at a strength of 54.8 % alcohol by volume in 2022 with a limited release of 89 bottles!
