By experimenting with smaller casks, known as octaves, a significantly more intense interaction between wood and whisky has been achieved. This faster and more effective method allows for better blending of wood, air, and alcohol, accelerating the maturation process and enhancing the whisky's flavor profile.

After the second maturation phase in octave casks, the whisky is refined, gaining a more sophisticated taste, a more pronounced appearance, and a balanced character. The result is the The Octave Collection, which offers a wide range of whiskies for various tastes – whether it's single malt, single grain, or blended malt whisky. In August 2019, the The Octave Premium Range was introduced, highlighting years of expertise in whisky maturation.
