Limited edition! The Irishman Founders Reserve Caribbean Cask Finish is a super-premium Irish whiskey that has undergone final aging in tropical Caribbean casks from the island of St. Lucia (specifically 6 months in casks that previously held great Chairman's Reserve rum).
This is a rare and exceptional whiskey produced in a limited quantity of 12 casks, with each cask yielding up to 380 bottles. Each bottle of this whiskey is individually numbered and bears the signature of Bernard Walsh.
Aroma: exotic rum, apricots, summer fruits
Taste: explosion of tropical fruits and vibrant spices
Finish: figs, bananas, and oak spiced in a typically Caribbean way
