Illy Brazil is one of the varieties in the Arabica Selection series, which consists exclusively of single-origin 100 % Arabica. The coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, known for its ideal climate for slow-ripening coffee trees – hot days, cooler nights and nutrient-rich soil give the beans an exceptional sweetness and intensity.
The beans are imported to Trieste, Italy, where they are roasted and packaged with the same precision as other Illy products – in original pressure-sealed cans that guarantee freshness and consistent quality for up to two years from the date of roasting.
Illy Brazil offers a full, velvety body with distinct notes of dark chocolate and caramel, sometimes with a hint of freshly baked bread. The taste is slightly sweet, but without any significant bitterness or acidity, with low acidity and a slightly lower caffeine content, making it a comfortable choice for several cups a day.
This variety is primarily designed for espresso and Americano, but also works great in automatic coffee machines, moka pots, and filter coffee makers. It is appreciated for its consistency - stable flavor and performance even with regular home grinding and different grinder settings. The airtight packaging preserves the aroma until the day begins. Once opened, it is recommended to store the beans in a well-sealed container away from heat and moisture.

Illy Ethiopia coffee beans are part of the exclusive Arabica Selection range, which emphasizes the character of the origin – in this case Ethiopia, considered the birthplace of coffee.
The beans come from the Sidamo and Yirgacheffe regions, often harvested by hand in forest regions where coffee trees grow in free vegetation and are connected to the natural coffee flora.
Roasting and packaging take place in Trieste, Italy, in pressure-sealed packaging filled with inert gas, which ensures up to two years of freshness and aroma protection.
The aroma of this 100 % Arabica is delicate and floral, with subtle notes of jasmine, orange blossom and chamomile, complemented by citrus nuances.
The taste is elegant and slightly acidic, with low bitterness and lower caffeine content (less than 1,5 %), making this coffee easy to drink throughout the day. The experience is rounded off by subtle notes of dried fruit, honey and delicate caramel, which together create a harmoniously balanced coffee.
Illy Ethiopia is designed to be a versatile choice: ideal for espresso, but also works well with moka pots, filters, and automatic coffee machines. Once opened, the beans should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light, ideally in a well-sealed container to prevent rapid loss of aroma.




Illy India belongs to the exclusive Arabica Selection range, which focuses on single-origin 100 % Arabica coffee from India, specifically the Karnataka region, known for growing coffee in the shade. Illy selects only the highest quality beans: reportedly only 1 % of the best Arabica beans.
The individual origins are roasted separately, with precisely set temperature and time, to best bring out the typical aromatic notes and taste of India. After processing, the coffee is packaged in Trieste, Italy, in pressurized cans filled with inert gas, which keeps it fresh for up to 24 months.
Illy India stands out for its distinctive, full body with intense notes of black pepper and extra dark chocolate, which underscore the character of the spice country. In addition, subtle hints of vanilla, cardamom and citrus fruits appear in the aroma, adding a complex and spicy flavor profile. The acidity is low and very well balanced, allowing for a fuller and more robust enjoyment of each cup.
Illy India is developed primarily for espresso, but also works well in moka pots or filtered preparations, where the darker roast allows the flavor potential to develop well.
