Distillates are created through honest distillation of fermented fruit or grain. Unlike mixed spirits, they are a pure product without added artificial aromas, colours, or sweeteners. Their flavour depends directly on the quality of the raw ingredients and the craftsmanship of distillation – from the selection of fruit to ageing in glass or wood.

True distillates, not spirits

In true distillate production, alcohol is obtained directly from the mash, not from diluted neutral spirit. Thanks to this, these fruit brandies have a full and natural taste, with a smooth finish and clean aroma. Whether it’s traditional slivovica, pear brandy, apricot brandy or grain distillates, each has its own unique character.

How to drink them

Distillates are best enjoyed at room temperature, in a small tasting glass that allows their aroma to fully develop.
